Comedy Night is Back at Showcase with headliner Wendi Townsend

Headliner: Wendi Townsend is a born and raised Baltimore girl, who loves Baltimore and it's sports teams. Wendi is a 98 Rock on air personality and is on the air (Mon. - Thurs. 7PM to Midnight). She's fun, crazy and engaging with every audience and she gives the best hugs! No topics are off limits for her and you'll love it. She's been seen opening for national acts such as Pauly Shore, Gary Gulman, Gilbert Gottfried and many more!

Dana Lollar, aka Comedian D. Lo, hails from Baltimore MD. Always a jokester, DLo stumbled into the comedy world, in Nov 2015, after a leg injury had her out of work. Fb: PlainOlDLo ig: redcuplo

In her short comedy career she has won more than 30 competitions, been a finalist in Magoobys New Comedian of the Year Competition, headlined various shows in Baltimore, DC, Delaware, Florida, Chicago, Milwaukee, Ohio, NYC, Alabama, Portland, Las Vegas, and Jamaica. She is a regular host at Magoobys Joke House and has been a finalist in Kevin Hart's "Hart of the City" on Comedy Central. She was a feature act in the 2019 Black Girl Giggles Festival, 2019 Baltimore Comedy Festival, the 2019 DC Comedy Festival, and was an integral part of the 2021 Black Women In Comedy Festival.

She has broadened her span of experience by performing at comedy clubs such as Magoobys Joke House, The Stand, Dc Improv, Riddles, and many more. In 2020 she became part of a Baltimore based touring comedy team known as SheMoreFunny. More recently she has performed with the likes of Mark Normand. Sam Morrill, Roy Wood, Damon Williams and Gina Brillon.

Mike Pallotta is a Baltimore based comic, but is originally from the best state in the Union, New Jersey. In his first year of comedy, Mike has developed a quick witted and beguiling style that helped him make the finals of the 2020 Magoobys Comedian of the Year Competition. Since then, Mike has hosted for national headliners included Godfrey, Steve Treviño, and Hannah Berner, and featured for Jackie Gold and Luke Thayer.

Bill Franks is an offbeat stand-up comedian, known for his deadpan style and unique onstage persona. He performs all over the DMV area, has been a judge for Baltimore Comedy Roast Battle and most recently, Bill won the monthly New Talent Showcase & Competition at Magooby's Joke House in front of an audience of over 250 people.
